Instructions for how to pick up school meals that are distributed in the school yards. The person picking up the meals must follow the guidelines issued by the Government to prevent the spread of corona virus.
Instructions for school meal pick up:
1. School meals are distributed in the school yards and are picked up from the distribution point one person at a time according to the schedule. A safety distance of two metres shall be maintained in the queue.
2. The recommendation is that the school meals are picked up by the family’s guardian, if possible.
3. The person picking up the meals shall tell whose food he/she is picking up and the number of people for whom the food is reserved. The family's meals can be found under the name of the guardian who answered the questionnaire.
4. Meals prepared for a special diet are picked up from Isokylän koulu trice a week; Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 12:00 and 16:00.
5. The person picking up the meals must have a bag for packing the meals and ensure the cold storage of meals is maintained.
6. If the person picking up the meals has even the slightest flu symptoms, he or she must not pick up the meals, but give the task to someone else who is healthy.
7. The person picking up the meals must follow the guidelines issued by the Government to prevent the spread of corona virus. Close contacts with other persons should be avoided and a safety distance of at least two metres between persons should be maintained. Cough or sneeze into a tissue or your sleeve.
